This Summer we are offering five different weeks of camp. Each week consists of a different theme with many different activities including competitive, teambuilding and skill enhancing games.
- Each week will include activities inside a gym as well as outside water games.
- Adventure camps are open to all children ages 4 - 12.
- Your child may sign up for as many weeks as they want as they are all different.
- The cost per week is $140 ($210 for extended day) per child with a $10 discount for each additional sibling coming that same week.
- Each camp is Monday - Friday (except week 3, due to 4th of July Holiday) from 9am until 1pm. If you would like extended hours (weeks 2, 3, and 4 only) pick up is at 4pm. No early drop off or late pick up will be available and a charge of a dollar a minute will assessed for pick ups after 1:05 or 4:05 for extended day camp.
What to bring: Each day campers should wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothing. They should bring a lunch or snack, a water bottle, bathing suit, towel, and sunscreen if needed.

Summer Camp Schedule 2013
Week 1: June 17 - June 21 : Super Soakin' Wet and Wild-How are you going to beat the heat this summer? By coming to our Super Soakin’ Week of Fun, that’s how! We’ll enjoy a wet and wild week of water games and super soakin fun! You’ll cherish the classics: water balloon toss, balloon rocket launchers, and squirt tag. To top it all off you even get to soak your counselor on the last day!! Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and a super soaker if you have one, and be prepared to get wet!
Week 2 : June 24 - June 28 : Bombardment Bliss - (extended day available until 4) Need I say more? A favorite among the Vanderlyn campers! Team up against your fellow campers for the craziest, wildest, knock ‘em down, non-stop bombardment tournament ever! Work as a team to conquer the camp and win the title of bombardment champions of the world!
Week 3 : July 1 - July 5: Around the World Olympics - (extended day available until 4) Do you want to hit the beach at a Hawaiian luau? Find adventure on an African Safari? Travel back to ancient Greece and play some of the original Olympic games? You’ll find all this and more during our trip around the globe. You can see the world, all in just one week! The best hula dancers and lowest limbo competitors will get some colorful leis. We’ll learn about wild beasts of Africa on our summer safari. Our young Olympians will even get a chance to win the gold medal. NO camp on July 4th.
Week 4 : July 8- July 12: Pirates Treasure Hunt - (extended day until 4) We’ll scour the woods for hidden treasures and look for the elusive Captain Jack Sparrow! After we learn how to read a treasure map, we will be on our way to the hidden pirates treasure with the help of our trusted compass. Get ready for a big show at the end of the week because we’re digging up the buried treasure and goodies will be shared by all.
Week 5 : July 15 - July 19: Xtreme Sportz/Bombardment II - Soccer, football, Kickball, bombardment, and capture the flag. Do you like sports? Then this is definitely the week for you! This fun-filled week is packed with great games and non-stop action! Be sure to get a good night’s sleep and eat your Wheaties so you can play like a champion.
The additional camp forms needed to complete your registration are located below. You can either bring the medical release and liability forms on the first day of camp or mail them to 1386 Orchard Park Dr. Stone Mtn, Ga 30083 for express check in on the first day of camp.
